Our Story

Founded in 2003, RPS Holdings was created when the management group at Rantec Power Systems, Inc performed a leverage buy out.  RPS Holdings is not a typical private equity group; we work closely with our portfolio companies to develop a long lasting relationship, with a buy and hold strategy.
